As soon as you learn about your shadow and BEFORE you shadow, complete the
Business Information Form by using the web. I have copies of this form in my room.
On Shadow Day...
Remember to turn in Make Up Slip to Jody BEFORE your shadow. Bring along your interview
questions, Employer Eval form, camera and something to write with.

Once there get to be a lot of posts here, you will need to click the All Messages link and
scroll WAY down to the bottom to see the SEVEN (7) questions you will be answering.
B. Get a Thank You postcard and envelope from me! Here is the thank you letter content to use.
NEATLY handwrite your thank you and address the envelope. Don't seal it until I read it!

This is a research-based activity, so do NOT just write in what you know or think you know or heard on
your shadow or you will have to re-do the assignment. Use the websites above. Make note of which
websites you utilize!
F. Show me/turn in 5 images related to your shadow. Follow THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
G. Type up your 2-page MLA Format Job Shadow Journal. and SAVE IT!!! After you write it, ask me for the Self Edit activity.
We will be locating an article from a professional journal within the library databases and using that to support what you learned on the shadow. Follow this Rubric.
