Intro to "Winter Dreams"--Examine a Fitzgerald work with the theme of social status. Social Status was a key theme in all of Fitzgerald's works.  Meet Dexter Green from "Winter Dreams" and read about those dreams destined never to come true. From the first sentences of "Winter Dreams," Fitzgerald examined social classes.  Read "Winter Dreams" and complete reading guide as you read! Be prepared for discussion and quiz on Monday.
