Friday 4/29
Let's try something different on this gloomy ho-hum day.
Follow these instructions:
1. Go to Google Images and find a PICTURE of your book cover. Save it on desktop or in My Documents. BE SURE to open the image--click View the Image, don't just copy and paste from the whole menu of photos or it won't be clear!
2. Go to the PADLET I created for today.
3.  Click the little green pencil in lower left corner.
4.  Type your FULL Name where you see Title.
5.  In Sentence #1, Type the Title of Your Current Book where you see Write Something.  Select or Highlight the book title, then choose BOLD and ITALICS option from the menu.
6. In Sentence #2 include # of pages and where you stopped.
7. In Sentence #3 include the genre of the book.
8. In Sentences #4 and #5, write about what you really like or dislike about this book.
9.  Next, click anywhere on the row of tools (microphone, videocamera, + sign, camera, or document.)
10. When the Add an Attachment window opens up, click Upload and either find or drag your book cover to the Padlet.  Once the photo loads, scroll down and in the lower right corner, you'll need to click the pink OK button to make it save.
11.  Once the photo is in, if you want to edit your post,  scroll down and click the grey pencil next to the delete bucket UNDER your book cover photo in lower right hand corner.  I believe that you can add ONLY one type of tool (photo, audio file, etc.) to each padlet.
12.  Anytime you want to delete your post, you can by clicking on the garbage can in lower right corner.
